Awesome I arranged terms via my works employee discount program. In was contacted by the internet sales rep Doug. We spent a few days ironing out the details. Kevin showed me everything while the sales manager arranged the documents. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Next I went in the sales managers office and this is where there has always been a problem. In the past the deal offered by the prior dealerships was always more than we discussed. This time we chatted and the deal was exactly what we agreed on. Amazing. I've never had a dealership not try and change terms at the last minute. I recommended these guys to everyone. By from them. I have wanted a Subaru for a long time but my last experience at this dealership (about a year and a Corey, our salesperson was very nice and helpful. I have wanted a Subaru for a long time but my last experience at this dealership (about a year and a half ago) was not positive. So I was leery. We stopped in just to look. Our experience with Corey was great. December is a good month to buy a vehicle and I feel we got a good deal at 0% financing. How sweet is that? Mike, the finance person, was wonderful. I feel he is very honest and that made me feel super confident in my purchase. Going over the paperwork was quick and easy; I think Corey ran most of the interference before we even sat down with Mike, so that is much appreciated too. I am loving my Forester. The day I purchased it (Monday, Dec 11th) it snowed and has snowed all this week. I feel VERY SAFE. There was a second salesperson who approached us on our first visit. Very nice. As we were leaving the day we got our keys, he saw us, asked if we got our car, and said "welcome to the family". I think that is the personal touch I expected from Subaru (I am an avid reader of Consumers Report and love their commercials). Thanks everyone at Boardman Subaru. More
