I drove an hour to get to Boardman Subaru I was able to drive as many cars as I wanted. I tried a lot and had no pressure to buy I came back the following day and selected a new Outback. My salesman, Joe Bata, was highly recommended to me by a friend of mine and he certainly lived up to his reputation. He was fair, considerate, fun, respectful and gave me a great deal on leasing a 2018 Subaru Forester. I didn’t leave there feeling like I had “been taken.” I love my new car along with the fact that I very much feel like I made a new friend that day by meeting and dealing with Joe. More

Great car, friendly and helpful service! We went in with our minds mostly made up on a Subaru. We had spoken to John the day earlier and he wasn't pushy at all, answered our questions and too We went in with our minds mostly made up on a Subaru. We had spoken to John the day earlier and he wasn't pushy at all, answered our questions and took us on a test drive. We had to make another appointment so we didn't have much time to talk numbers. The next day we were urged to speak to Marty since several people we knew had purchased from him. John was there and was very relaxed and cool about us changing salespeople, which speaks to his professionalism. Marty was fantastic and helped us through a rather long and engaged process of figuring out our options and how they'd sit with our financial needs. In the end we ended up with a fantastic new car, and Marty helped every step of the way. There were some surprise add-on warranties that were presented at the end that we wish we had been made aware of during the negotiation process, but other than that everything went smoothly and we felt we were being treated very fairly. Thanks Marty! More
