Salesman John Janczewski (Janji) took great care of us, supplying all the information and guidance we needed. After a short test drive, we were ready to buy. John and Sales Manager Steve Engster got us into a great deal without wasting one single moment of our time. By closing time, we had purchased our 2018 Impreza Hatchback which we picked up two days later. Mike Moore was the consummate professional finance guy on a Saturday morning. No pressure at all, just an easy to understand deal. There was one small problem with the car when we picked it up which John and Service Advisor Frank Melia resolved a few days later and to our complete satisfaction. Except for that small problem, this was probably the best car buying experience of our lives. More

He already had the exact price I was given via email and was able to answer all questions I had about the car. At delivery he went over the many features of the car along with suggestions on best way to use them. Finance man Scott was just as friendly and easy to work with as Donnie. These people at Boardman Subaru made this car buying experience (which I normally dread) easy and pleasant. By the way, this was my first experience with the dealership and my first Subaru purchase, but I highly recommend both. More
