Fantastic I went to several dealerships before going to Boardman. I went to the dealership where I purchased my 2011 Outback and couldn't believe how uncoopera I went to several dealerships before going to Boardman. I went to the dealership where I purchased my 2011 Outback and couldn't believe how uncooperative they were. I had just about given up purchasing one until Geno contacted me. Wonderful, super friendly and extremely helpful! I drove an hour and a half (because my gps hates me lol) and was flustered when I arrived. Dan Bond, my salesman MET ME AT THE DOOR and didn't even know what I looked like! I had my heart set on getting a car but hit a snag. I explained the situation and they made it happen! They treated me like a friend and not just a customer. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Geno and Dan. Well worth the drive! They gave me top dollar for my trade-in and their price on the new Outback was much less than the other closer dealerships I had been to. More

We were there on a very busy Saturday so our transaction took a bit longer than anticipated but we were appreciative that Corey and Mike stucj around after hours to wrap up our sale as we live 80+ miles from the dealership and returning on the following monday would have been a hassle. Extras and add ons were presented, as they are at all dealerships, but Mike presented simply presented and explained them with no pressure. A few post delivery concerns were taken care of quickly and entirely to my satisfaction. very positive experience overall and certainly a dealership I would recommend to others. Specifically, thank you Corey Colatone for navigating us through the process in a friendly, knowledgeable and no pressure way. More
