Great dealership Kevin Suchora is the salesperson to deal with. He is a no-pressure kind of salesperson. He is very knowledgeable about Subaru cars. We were trying to decide between a 2017 Outback Limited or a 2018 Outback Premium. He helped us make the decision with information about how the 2 models were different and how they were similar. I really felt as if he was trying to find us the car that we would enjoy the most, not just the car that would give him the best commission. Also, the dealership's owner stopped by to thank us for the purchase, which was a nice personal touch. We have purchased Subarus from them before. Occasionally in the past we have had problems with the service department. But they have always corrected the problem to our satisfaction. When something gets messed up they will always correct the situation. In every business, occasional glitches will occur. I think the real test of a business is when there are problems and how they correct those problems. Boardman Subaru will not quit until the issue is resolved to your satisfaction. They really put forth effort to keep their customers happy. You might think that they bend over backwards to keep me happy only because I buy cars from them and they want to keep someone happy because they buy a new car every few years. When I said I had bought Subarus from them previously, before last week, the last new car I purchased from them was almost 10 years ago. So, I think their "happy customer" probably applies to everyone. Good dealership, I have recommended them to many friends. More
