A car dealership that really puts the customer first I saw a used car on the Boardman Subaru website that I was interested so I emailed the dealership and was promptly emailed back with details about the I saw a used car on the Boardman Subaru website that I was interested so I emailed the dealership and was promptly emailed back with details about the vehicle. I replied to that email about going there to test drive the car, very easy to do this at this dealership with no annoying phone calls. I test drove the car and did not like the steering, my salesman, Dave, said no problem I will have a service tech check it out and get back to you. To make a long story short the steering got serviced but I still did not like it so Dave had the service tech checked it out again and he found another problem, fixed it, and I bought the car. To me this is a great example of a honest dealership that went above and beyond to make me happy and I am glad I purchased from them. My experience was great at the dealership too, from the webmaster Doug, my salesman Dave (go Steelers!), manager Steve and Finance guy Mike, I felt that I was treated like a friend, sounds cliche' but it is true. My wife's leased 2015 Forester was due to go back in a few months so we wanted to get an idea as to our new lease payment and best vehicle for the future. After talking with our salesman Kevin Suchora and taking a test drive we decided to lease a 2017 Outback Premium with the same features as a 2018 but with a considerably lower lease payment. This is our 4th Subaru leasing 2 Outbacks now and 2 Foresters. We always feel we are being taken care of by profession sales staff that do their best to make sure we get the best vehicle for our needs. We have dealt with Kevin Suchora for the past 10 years for all of our vehicles and he has never let us down with helping us make the right vehicle choices. It is always a pleasant and fun experience when visiting Boardman Subaru!! PS. Went back 4 days later and leased a 2017 Subaru Impreza for myself. That makes 5 Subaru's. Share the Love!!! A great experience- again! My husband and I came in to look at some new cars when Dan told us they had just received a Mitsubishi Evolution as a trade in, if we were interested. My husband and I came in to look at some new cars when Dan told us they had just received a Mitsubishi Evolution as a trade in, if we were interested. Not knowing this was my husband's dream car that he had talked about nonstop for the last 6 years. My husband fell in love the moment he drove it but when it came to the financing, we were unable to meet the banks down payment requirement. When I was at home later on that day I got a text from Dan saying they were able to lower the down payment. Now my husband thought he had no chance of getting this car and was upset all night ( I didn't tell him about the text I received). He went to work the next day and I set up a meeting time with Dan to have the car looked at before purchasing. Every thing went really smooth and I told him I wanted to buy the car as a surprise for my husband. John also worked with us to get as much paper work done as possible so I could take the car home to surprise him. The look on my husbands face when he came home from work was absolutely priceless! my husband is a hard worker and does everything he can for our family. It was amazing to be able to give him the surprise of a life time!! Thanks again to everyone who worked with me to make this happen. More
