Boardman Subaru - customer service from start to finish I am totally satisfied with Boardman Subaru. Everything was low key, honest, pleasant, and the emphasis was on getting me the particular SUV I needed I am totally satisfied with Boardman Subaru. He was quick to reply, honest, and never high pressure. I would not have came in to that dealership if he had, as that is not my personality. I was then given to David as the salesperson. He first wanted to know what I knew about Subaru- we discussed what made them safer and superior to other brands. Then, he asked which models I was interested in, and I told him why. He then asked a few more questions, about how I would use the vehicle, who I would be transporting, etc. He brought a Forester up to test drive-that was it! It was exactly what I needed. So then negotiations ( the most difficult usually ) but there was not much back and forth-it was a good process with them. I was given a full tour of the facility from David, and everyone was friendly. Signing final paper work with John, was actually enjoyable. John explained everything, and answered questions graciously. David has been in contact a few times via text-which works in my life best. Hopefully the rest of my "life within Subaru family" goes as well. More

Satisfaction with our eecently purchased 2116 Subaru. So far we have been totally satisfied with comfort, drivability & quick responses. Several weeks ago we traveled to Maryland to attend birthday celebration for a couple of her children and had a chance to drive in severe rain storm. Again, it handled very well. So what can I say further, so far we're very satisfied with the car and the time you spent with my wife and me in explaining all the features of the car while my wife took it foe a test drive.
