Best car buying experience I have ever had We had a Kia Sorento with 184,000 miles on it. As such, the thing was beginning to fall apart and, believe me, getting a Kia repaired at the dealersh We had a Kia Sorento with 184,000 miles on it. As such, the thing was beginning to fall apart and, believe me, getting a Kia repaired at the dealership is not cheap. It was time to trade it. We wanted the next size down SUV and Consumer Reports rated the Forester as number one. So we began our search there. Yes, we did look at Ford and Hyundai, but kept going back to the Forester. We settled on a Forester Touring, and could not be happier with it. Every day, we learn or find a new feature, most of them safety related. But I should be telling you about the dealership. First, there was no pressure at all. Kevin was very helpful, gave us literature on our first visit, and did not pressure us to buy at that time. We had said we were not quite ready, but that normally does not matter at dealerships. They push for the immediate sale. We went back another time to look more seriously and, again, no pressure. Just "Please come see us when you are ready to buy". Because of the internet, we already knew what a good price was. Because of the internet, we already knew what our Kia was worth. And we met in the middle with very little hassle. The last car we bought took five hours to get the salesman to finally quote the fair price. This entire process took about an hour and one half. We went back the next day to pick the car up and it was washed, full of gas, and ready to go. John Jones quickly completed all the paperwork for us and Kevin spent about forty five minutes going over all the features, at a high level of course, and got us on our way. This is one dealership that appears to break ranks with the normal car buying experience. More

Very good level of service, low pressure, pleasure to work w I went in interested in one of their used vehicles. I got a good price on my trade in, and when I was legitimately between their car and another optio I went in interested in one of their used vehicles. I got a good price on my trade in, and when I was legitimately between their car and another option at a different dealership they really came down on price to meet where I would need to be. They let me take two unattended test drives, let me take the vehicle to be checked by a mechanic, and stayed late to give me the time to do all this. When I left my EZ pass in the vehicle, they had it shipped to me immediately. I couldn't be more pleased with how everything went. I would recommend Boardman Subaru to anyone. More

Bought a 2017 WRX Test drove a 2015 WRX 2 wweks before purchasing. Then I did some research online about the 2017 WRX and saw they best fit my style driving. Since I wasn't planning on racing the WRX has a lower turbo response then the STI. Which means I would get more out of the turbo. The dealership gave be a good deal on my 2014 Impreza premium (5 Speed). The dealership also let me test drive a new 2017 WRX to make sure I was OK with it. Helped me understand my warranty options. Helped my setup up the radio and explained all the buttons. More
