There are no words to describe how UNBELIEVABLY patient and helpful Dan Bond was throughout the entire process. After agonizing over the color selection of the car they ordered for me I was not sure if I made the correct decision when my car arrived - all Dan was concerned about was that I leave with exactly what I wanted. I did leave with the car that I had ordered and love my Crossstrek. I totally trusted him and felt he gave honest and unbiased feedback when answering my questions. Dan kept me informed on a regular basis on the progress my car was making to Boardman Subaru. I appreciated the personal attention that he gave me when my car arrived. He went over all of the operating features on the car. I received a follow-up email offering help at any time that I needed it. I would say these are two of the biggest stumbling blocks people face when entering a dealership. Knowing these two things allows the salesperson and their team to better meet your needs whether if be additional service plans, financing or even transportation to the dealership to pick up you new vehicle. Dan Roberts and his team made the experience very painless and easy. We were in and out in a little over an hour and on our way back to Dublin, Ohio. They even made sure the vehicle was spotless even though there was a snowstorm in process. At least I knew for a few minutes what is looked like clean on the outside, the interior was spotless. I should say this was a managers vehicle with 17k miles so it was nice to have it looking like it just came off the showroom floor. Thanks to Dan and all involved. More
