He made us feel like we were important and basically fasked us what we were looking for and what options we felt were the most important to us,. He was very friendly and worked with us diligently to make sure we test drove several vehicles with different trim levels and never rushed us or tried to talk us into anything. He followed up with us quickly and located the SUV with the trim level and color we wanted. The day of our delivery, he introduced us to Jason in Finance who was very friendly and helpful. After all the paperwork was signed, Craig took us to meet the service dept personnel and parts department too. I would highly recommend this dealership because everyone who works there has a professional and friendly demeanor. This was the best car buying experience for us. Our first Subaru and probably will not be our last. More

Crosstrek I was not really looking forward to buying a new car last one was in 92,but I did my research and ended up at Subaru. I was looking at the 2 models I I was not really looking forward to buying a new car last one was in 92,but I did my research and ended up at Subaru. I was looking at the 2 models I had in mind and after a few minutes Kevin came out to answer some questions next thing we are on a test drive he explained the different options and features I pretty much knew I wasn't gonna buy the car at that point I was pre approved but Kevin though they could do better and they did not by a lot but good enough. A week later I went back for a "love encore" where they answered a few questions I had and gave me a 25$ gas card they also told me if I'm in the area and have the time to stop by and they'd wash it for me free of charge overall I'm very happy with the whole process BTW everyone loves my new Subaru aka Vera!!!! More

I don't foresee any issues with the vehicle and/or lease, but if something comes up, i'm confident they will make it right. I feel they want to make every experience with the dealership positive. a great group of men and women. More
