A Trip Home I checked for Subaru Dealers in the area and throughout the State in our "need it now" search. Saw a couple of vehicles of interest in Inventory and l I checked for Subaru Dealers in the area and throughout the State in our "need it now" search. Saw a couple of vehicles of interest in Inventory and left word to contact me. Dan sent to me a response with Picture. Strangely he looks like my wife's Nephew, but I did not want to say anything until after arriving at the Dealership and meeting. That aside Dan I believe was quite professional throughout our experience both days and at least a three hour trip each way each day. Everyone agreed Dan not only looks like Janet's Nephew, but as it turns out, Dan's Dad was a teacher of Janet's! By-the-way...Janet's Nephew's first name is also Dan! So it goes the Dealership's Dan is now part of our Family. Back to the more serious. I found the Architecture of the Dealership most pleasing/it's placement on the property and vehicle accessibility excellent. Due to the heavy Customer load both days, Customer parking might have been a little better, but then it might be there; just not seen by me. Dan is the type of individual I would want to do Business with every time I purchase a vehicle/do service/talk with Finance/talk with the Owner(s)/talk with any of the Dealership's Personnel. Is Dan perfect...no, but he is Human and a Gentleman. Great for you Dan!!! I did not know or know of Dan, or his Father(Family) prior to our Business on this vehicle; or outside of Business. Dan earned my Respect, and I am hopeful of further Business with this Dealership shortly and in the future. More

Finally, for my test drive, it was suggested that I drive on the freeway. That itself was a game changer. Signing lease papers seemed awfully easy too. I shopped around, but Boardman Subaru won hands down. I’m a new Subaru fan! More

Even though Kevin was speaking with someone else, he let me know that he would be with me in a moment. I already knew which vehicle I wanted as I had viewed it on their website. Kevin got the vehicle ready, showed me some of the not so common features, and we went for a test drive. When we got back, Kevin started on the paperwork for me to make the purchase. Our interactions throughout the visit was extremely light and jovial. At no time did I feel pressured to buy. The Gentlemen who helped me with the financing (I can't remember his name) was VERY thorough with his explanation of legal jargon, and very easygoing. I actually had fun purchasing a vehicle. Boardman Subaru is THE place to purchase a Certified Subaru. Friendly, Kind, Attentive, Knowledgeable, Caring staff. I drove over an hour to get there coming from Pittsburgh, and it was worth the trip. I would definitely do it again...when I'm ready for another vehicle. More
