Fantastic Experience We had been looking for a family car and Subaru has always been one of our favorite brands. We met with Kevin Suchora who was so patient as we decided between 4 different cars. We were able to test drive each one and really get a good feel for our favorite. He let us take our time and even gave us quotes about monthly payment for 3 that we were going back and forth between. Kevin made the car buying process seem so effortless and even fun. We ended up choosing a Subaru Outback. After we signed he took the time to go over all the features of the car including the eyesight which was so helpful. We seriously can’t say enough good things about Kevin. He is a down to earth guy who tells it like it is. He doesn’t pressure you into buying and let’s you take as much time as you need to find the car of your dreams. He is also extremely knowledgeable about Subaru and was able to answer all our questions. A few days after we had the car he followed up with us to ask how we were doing and how we enjoyed the car :) Our only advice would be to schedule an appointment with him- he is in such high demand because of his quality work so making an appointment is the best way to make sure you get enough time with him! Kevin will be our go to guy and we will be recommending him to everyone we know looking for a new or used Subaru!!! More

Out of State Vehicle Purchase We traveled from PA to OH for a great deal on a used 2018 F-150. Jared was our sales associate and was excellent to work with. He was very personable and great with entertaining our son while I filled out paperwork. They were very accommodating while we were there waiting for financing and the vehicle to be quickly detailed. The truck was a recent trade in (within a week) so the detailing was sub par but the vehicle was in the condition promised before we made the 2 1/2 hour drive. We had some trouble with the out of state title though. I was told that they handle out of state vehicle purchases all the time but I feel the issue was because it was a truck and needed the class weight sticker. It was almost a month after purchase when I got a form mailed to me that I had to take my truck to an official weigh station to verify the unladen weight and get a mechanic to sign off on the vin. I feel this is a paper that should have been filled out before we left with the truck and caused me a day of running around and extra expense to get this filled out. The vehicle was unmodified and only a year old so i'm unsure why the paper even needed filled out as all local dealerships we called seemed very confused by it. I mailed it back and it was then almost another month before my license plate was sent to me. The temporary tag was almost expired and very worn out before we were set up in PA. I wish that part of the process would have gone smoother but for the purchase price it still made it worth all the hassle. More

Car buying made easy. Boardman Subaru is a very easy dealer to work with. No pressure, kind of reminded me of the Saturn experience from General Motors. I have been a GM owner or lessee for 45 years, but they just did not have the safety features I need as I age. Nobody seems to be ahead of Subaru when it comes to safety features offered standard. We also wanted an OnStar type system like General Motors uses. Subaru offers that in their Skylink system. The Skylink option is better priced than GM's OnStar and does all the same things.Salesperson Jared was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and did not try to up sell us at all. The finance person was very nice to work with, offered several options for worry-free maintenance packages, but did not really pressure us into purchasing. I prefer to lease because I don't like to keep cars longer than their warranty. Subaru Boardman made it easy for me to continue Leasing. I did some checking around before we purchased from Subaru of Boardman and they seem to have very fair price offerings for what was available in the vehicle. I think they've made my wife and I into Subaru drivers for future purchases also. More
