John Janczewski took me for a few test drives and was VERY knowledgeable about the vehicles and the process. He was patient and kind, and I never felt pushed into making a decision. John worked with me to find the perfect car that fit my lifestyle and budget. He spent a lot of time going over all of the features, so that I felt comfortable driving it home and has since followed up to make sure everything was going well. He was truly remarkable! I cannot say enough good things about the team at Boardman Subaru, and I highly recommend this dealership to everyone! John and Tug took the stress out of buying a new car and really made the whole experience pleasant and exciting.
