New to Subaru and Boardman Subaru Sales experience was good considering I am not a fan of so many people involved in the process.It does not build loyalty,relationships,and repeat busi Sales experience was good considering I am not a fan of so many people involved in the process.It does not build loyalty,relationships,and repeat business.The easiest sale should be a current customer.The delivery process was better than I expected .Dina tried to be helpful but there is only so much you can do sitting in the car and not out on the highway.I took my car on a 4000 mile trip south and I have several items on my vehicle I STILL HAVE NO CLUE why or HOW they work or don't work. Your facility (Boardman Subaru) looks very inviting and I will try it initially for all service.My Honda Pilot Touring had 185000 trouble free miles on it partly due to always using their service department and a great relationship with them.I hope that exists here? Dan Roberts was very pleasant and usually got back to me although at times not timely.In this day and age we are ALL BUSY &I had requested texting as the easiest connection.All I really have gotten in follow ups from your dealership are automated emails that have zero personalization what so ever.I have not received one personal or friendly follow up from Dan. I guess I feel like a number and this is not what builds loyalty. Overall I like my new Ascent Touring ok.I look forward to giving Subaru every opportunity to be MY DEALER since I have a 2014 CRV Touring to trade soon (next 4 months)and 3 others over the next 2 years they ALL could be Subaru's.
