He spent as much time as I needed going over all of the car’s features with me. Scott was helpful and explained things very well in the office when I was filling out the paperwork. Tug was wonderful while I waited to fill out the paperwork and got me a drink and brought me to the parts department where RJ reccommended a cute hat! I tell EVERYONE to go to Boardman Subaru!!! Boardman is more of everything I think Boardman must be the car buying hub of Ohio; and Fellman Subaru puts others to shame. It was a no pressure experience without being ignored. There's no pretense, they want to sell cars and actively work to ensure that if you are in the market, you'll be satisfied to find what you want and be assisted with every aspect of the process. The people are positive and friendly, the atmosphere is open and the inventory expansive. These are professionals who don't leave the car shopping experience to chance...you have questions or concerns - they have answers...correct answers. I feel I was dealt with fairly and was satisfied with the process. Kevin didn't play games as I've experienced at other dealerships over the years: 'Put down some money so we know you're serious'; left to rot in a cubicle while the salesman goes away to talk BS with whomever - None of that. I would definitely recommend Kevin Suchora, Boardman Subaru and they'll be my first stop when I decide to buy again. More

Really pleasant experience. I felt comfortable when I walked in and everyone was willing to be helpful. It seemed different somehow because they seemed genuine and not salesman-l I felt comfortable when I walked in and everyone was willing to be helpful. Negotiations were tough but I knew they would be due to the fact that Subaru s are a well made vehicle and rated high for safety. I would have preferred to get into a more luxurious Forester but I didn't want the payments much higher than we agreed upon. Followup is nice and don't feel pressured to even write this review. Our salesman was/is a great guy and would recommend seeing him if you're interested in a new or used car - even for a lease, like I did. A few more perks would have been nice but we weren't buying so I didn't push to get more. Whether I could have I don't know but I do like the car and am happy I am leasing it. Good luck to anyone thinking of buying a Subaru, any model. they seem to go quickly. I know why. Bob More

Amazing Experience We had been trying to get a good deal on 2019 Subaru Ascent at some Pittsburgh dealers along with a good value for our trade-in. Luckily we had reached out to Boardman online and they were quick to respond and the sales agent John followed up with us promptly. When we were getting frustrated with our local dealers we decided to follow-up with Boardman. John worked diligently to get us what we wanted within 24 hours. It was a wonderful experience. He even babysat our kids (3 & 5) while we signed paperwork and gave the kids nice stuffed toys when we were done. More
