“Hometown Feeling” - Boardman Subaru is unbeatable!!!l First of all, I need to share a story...we purchased a used car (not a Subaru) from this facility with an extended warranty for my son who moved acros First of all, I need to share a story...we purchased a used car (not a Subaru) from this facility with an extended warranty for my son who moved across the state soon after the purchase. Unfortunately, he experienced some problems with the car and it required attention by the manufacturer. Because of the nature of the problem, he needed to go to an authorized service dealership an hour away from his residence. At first, the Honda dealership did not offer him the warm welcome and service that we have become accustomed to at Boardman Subaru. There was a service visit and the problem was not resolved without interaction my myself (mom). I called the dealership and spoke to their service manager and felt it necessary to provide him with the details which make “Our Boardman Subaru” the BEST at customer service! By the end of our conversation, he took charge of the situation and was respectful of the future relations with my son. We can all learn by example and Boardman Subaru is a leader in my book! Now about the reason for this review. My son and his wife were on their way home, when two hours from Boardman a tire blew out. He visited our “Hometown Boardman Subaru” and was provided a warm welcome at the service desk and immediate attention was in process at getting the necessary parts for the repair! A big “Thank You” to the team members, Tyler, Ryan, Brandon and the employees involved with this service matter for being exceptional!! More

I also contacted him via phone to see if I could get a bit closer to my original bid. We then finished our purchase with Jared and found him and the dealership easy to deal with. We live across the border in PA and even tho it's a bit of a trip, the loaner car came in handy while we got the "Auto Butler Premier Paint Protection" service completed. My wife was able to visit a sick relative while the 3 1/2 hour procedure took place. Overall we are very happy with our new Forester and the dealership. More
