He took the time to explain the features on several vehicles, and he waited for me to decide which color to purchase. Trust me, this took FOREVER!! I never felt pressured to buy a vehicle or rushed when I could not make up my mind. Scott, in financing, explained everything thoroughly. He took ownership and sincerely apologized for what he felt was an increased wait time, even though it was not a long time. They stayed after hours for me to complete my paperwork, and they never made me feel like it was an inconvenience or hardship. I wish all businesses had this level of customer service. More
