Buying a new Crosstrek I finally decided to treat myself to a new car with the Crosstrek in mind. Once through the door, I was greeted by John Pugh. He would approach me periodically with a question or two and I have never felt so at ease at a dealership. No only was he kind and knowledgeable, he made me feel as though we had been friends forever and showed me the many options that were available. I would not only recommend this beautiful, state-of-the-art dealership...........see Mr. Pugh. Once I decided on the color and model, he walked me through step by step as to its features, he then sat with me going over everything and even set up my phone to coincide with the stereo system. I will never buy a car anywhere else. More

I was already in a bad mood, prepared to be alternately bored to tears and irritated almost beyond endurance. My husband had his chip firmly attached to his shoulder, and was ready for battle. "The guy was nice enough on the phone," he admitted as we got out of the car, "but--" Then we met Joe Bada, sales agent extraordinaire. We're still shaking our heads over the almost unbelievable idea that we liked this guy, we liked the dealership, we like the deal we got, and we liked buying a car. Sheesh. Who would have thought we - anyone - could ever say that? From beginning to end, nothing went wrong. The entire experience came together like a finely tuned clock, clicking seamlessly from greeting to test drive to deal to financial paperwork to tour of the facility to final handshake. This was not our experience when we bought a 2017 Honda CRV, and we already like the Subaru better. We recommend Joe and this dealership to anyone without reservation. More
Fantastic Went to Boardman Subaru in early May looking for an AWD car for my wife. Bought a 2018 Outback Touring from Dave Kuszay. Dave’s knowledge of the Subaru brand is top notch. I drove the new Outback on vacation in South Carolina. Upon returning I reacquainted myself with my 2002 Legacy Outback which I purchased last October. Now, I love my 02,but, not as much as my wife’s new one. We called Dave and asked if they gotten “another” White Touring Outback. They did and back to Boardman Subaru we went. We now have his and her Outbacks. Thanks Dave!! More

Each person I came in contact with was genuine, friendly, and willing to assist in every way possible. They will get you into the car that best suits your needs, and they do it with the utmost care. You can feel the difference when you shop with Boardman Subaru vs other dealerships. You can see by the showroom and each person's workspace that this is a comfortable environment for both customers and workers. That's a key factor to providing a great purchase experience for the customer, and this customer appreciated it!!! More

All I could say is great service for a great product. I never been in any of the Subaru models but have seen a ton of them on the road. I wanted to see why. I had no intentions on buying one. I have been a Jeep owner for the Past 20 plus years. Not any more. Dan was great to deal with. One of the things that struck me was when we went on a test drive, we were stopped at a red light. A Subaru Forester pulled up next to us and the passage yelled at me, "Buy it." I still want to know how much you guys paid them to that. I would recommended Your dealership anyone looking for a new vehicle and Dan would be my number one pick for a salesperson. Thank you all again. More

In May, 2018 I bought a used 2010 Toyota Camry with almo This dealership was very clean and modern. The sales and finance staff were very friendly. In May, 2018 I bought a used 2010 Toyota Camry with almost 89,000 miles on it for $9,000. It had reportedly been traded in on a new Subaru. According to the CarFAX, it was a one-owner car that appeared to have been serviced regularly at a Toyota dealer. I felt that we came to a fair price after some negotiation. As part of the purchase agreement, I asked to have Michelin tires put on since the salesman (Dave) said they were going to replace the tires anyway. I was also told that the car would be detailed and serviced with new air filters and an oil change with synthetic oil. We agreed to take possession of the car when everything agreed on was completed. A week later we went back to the dealership. The car looked fine and it was cleaner than it was before. The Michelin tires looked good and all was well. After I asked about what all service work had been done, Dave provided me with the repair order. I noticed that the oil used was “conventional”. Dave called the person who changed the oil to inquire about the oil not being synthetic and the person on the phone advised him that synthetic oil should not be used on a car this old and I would need to change the conventional oil in 3,000 miles. (The oil change sticker applied to the windshield said to change the oil/next service due: 94,149 miles. …either very poor math or very misleading. Later, I contacted the Toyota dealer where the previous services on this vehicle were performed and I was advised by the service manager that this vehicle had regular oil changes with only synthetic 0W-20 oil. The owner’s manual and the oil cap on the engine also clearly say to use “0W-20” oil.) Finally, after I got the vehicle home I noticed that the dealer actually used “5W-30 conventional” oil according to the repair order, so I changed the oil back to 0W-20 synthetic. I also checked the engine air filter. It was very dirty. There was also a large nest of acorns and lint in the airbox under the filter, so I used my shopvac to clean everything out. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I like this car a lot. I wish I could say the same about this dealership. More

I called the owner and within 10 minutes I was being called back. I really liked the salesman assigned to me. The manager was also very considerate. I was set on purchasing a Forester and didn't want to travel to another dealership, so I stayed with this dealer. I am happy with the vehicle. More
