Worth the trip I found this vehicle on cargurus.com and was very interested in it. I contacted the dealer via email to get some questions answered and ask for their I found this vehicle on cargurus.com and was very interested in it. I contacted the dealer via email to get some questions answered and ask for their lowest price because of me needing to travel from about 25 miles north of Pittsburgh, in Pa. The internet team gave me to customer service manager, Doug Shirley. Doug was very helpful in getting answers and said there was some room to move on price so we made the trip. We were greeted by Dan Roberts who was the sales rep that took the vehicle I came to see on trade. After seeing, driving, and getting the car history from Dan we got to the business of negotiations. The process of getting to an agreeable price went surprisingly smooth. I was also appreciative that they realized the condition of my trade and reflected that in my trade value. Because they had the car a very short time it had not been detailed yet. Dan said he would have it cleaned up and asked if we could pick it up the next day. It was well worth the second trip because the detail guys made the car look beautiful, both inside and out. For an old retired guy I have made many car purchases in my life but none were as pleasant as the one I had at Boardman Subaru. Because we were from out of state did not make a difference, making a purchase in Ohio from Boardman Subaru could not have been any easier because they have a notary In Pa. that does all the transfers to Pa. More

Quick and easy car buying experience Our first Subaru, Forester, car buying experience was great! We walked in already knowing what we wanted but didn’t have any idea what was on the lot.
