I came in for a regular service check and came out with a new Forester. Never had an issue that wasn't addressed. Not that I had any major issues. You will not be disappointed. All the sales people are good, but Marty has sold me all of my cars. That says a lot about him!!!!! More

Unfortunately, he experienced some problems with the car and it required attention by the manufacturer. Because of the nature of the problem, he needed to go to an authorized service dealership an hour away from his residence. At first, the Honda dealership did not offer him the warm welcome and service that we have become accustomed to at Boardman Subaru. There was a service visit and the problem was not resolved without interaction my myself (mom). I called the dealership and spoke to their service manager and felt it necessary to provide him with the details which make “Our Boardman Subaru” the BEST at customer service! By the end of our conversation, he took charge of the situation and was respectful of the future relations with my son. We can all learn by example and Boardman Subaru is a leader in my book! Now about the reason for this review. My son and his wife were on their way home, when two hours from Boardman a tire blew out. He visited our “Hometown Boardman Subaru” and was provided a warm welcome at the service desk and immediate attention was in process at getting the necessary parts for the repair! A big “Thank You” to the team members, Tyler, Ryan, Brandon and the employees involved with this service matter for being exceptional!! More

Unmatched Service I started going to Subaru of Boardman when I purchased my WRX and the were amazing. When my lease was up, I decided a truck would fit my needs better I started going to Subaru of Boardman when I purchased my WRX and the were amazing.
