I am assuming by my not getting a response that you have not come up with a gameplan to solve the issues in service I received last week. In lieu of your gameplan I have come up with my own. Keeping me a customer of Bob Allen Ford I think that should be important to you, having young professionals with many more cars to purchase is valuable in your industry. I have laid out my own gameplan that I think is fair, but am open to your ideas of service. Due to my long wait time for the oil change, I think an oil change to compensate is fair. I also think you should reenroll me in "tires for life" and waive the first alignment that was needed to stay in the program. The truck that I purchased from you still does not require an alignment. Getting one simply is not necessary and just pads your bottom line. Seeing how you did not get back to me about my experience and seeing that I have a lot of options on where to purchase and service both my Ford vehicles this is fair and benificial to me ( you get the benefit of having me as a loyal customer, albeit at a higher price than if you would have taken care of the issue on your own). I am open o your thoughts. Thank you for your time and look for your advisement. Caleb Summers
