1st of all I would just like to thank you for taking the time to write this review. I know how tough it may be sometime to express concerns. Our whole goal is to provide the BEST customer experience out there!! I would love to say we get it right 100% of the time....but we both know that would be impossible. We are lucky to have Jerome as an employee. Hes been there for a long time now. As far as the window tint, smelly rental car and paperwork is concerned....we're deeply sorry!
