Excellent experience trading in my 9 year old Chevrolet Equinox for a new Eauinox. Upon arrival I was greeted by the Sales Manager and introduced to Rashad. Rashad was polite, professional, informed and fr Equinox for a new Eauinox. Upon arrival I was greeted by the Sales Manager and introduced to Rashad. Rashad was polite, professional, informed and friendly. Such a pleasure to meet him and work with him. He was very knowledgeable about all the features of my new car. I had an appointment for 10:30 they didn’t take my car in until almost 11:00 then I authorized them to change my engine and cabin filters they didn’t have one of the filters had to wait another 30 minutes wh until almost 11:00 then I authorized them to change my engine and cabin filters they didn’t have one of the filters had to wait another 30 minutes while they acquired the filter then charged me 35:00 to change the filters I won’t be back More

We brought our vehicle in to have the AC fixed and Transmission assessed. They had our car 2 weeks longer than initially expected. We received little to know communication on the status of our vehicle Transmission assessed. They had our car 2 weeks longer than initially expected. We received little to know communication on the status of our vehicle unless I called them to which I usually got transferred around until I was asked to leave a message. More often than not I would not receive a call back and had to do it all over again the next day. I lost faith in their competence very quickly when I was getting misinformed on what needed to be repaired, and ultimately costing an additional $500 from the original quote. My “final straw” was when I went to pick up my vehicle $1000 and 2.5 weeks later only to have the AC blowing hot. The mechanic said he checked it but just didn’t communicate to anyone else that the AC was blowing hot. So, we had to come back a few days later once it was ultimately fixed. Needless to say it was a very poor customer experience, and I will not be bringing my business back to this dealership. More
