I opened a Case with GM themselves and after weeks of waiting to hear back from them their response is a follows. We have to rely on what the technicians tell us. Of course the technicians will say it’s “normal”!! This is absolutely nonsense and I am extremely disappointed about this. Will never recommend this place to anyone!
