On 12 Sept 2020 my wife and I placed an order for a 2021 Corvette with a $5000 deposit. We placed an order based on what we were interested at the time. We knew we had several months to finalize our order Corvette with a $5000 deposit. We placed an order based on what we were interested at the time. The car arrived with the wheels we wanted changed. No one at Ray Brandt wants to help us correct this issue or share in part of the blame. We have paid $75000 for a car we don't want. Yes, we have a issue with them for not being a customer friendly place of business. More
Just wanted to say how much i have appreciated the service department at this dealership. Walt,Tammy,and Max have done nothing but keep me satisfied while working on my Corvettes. I was very pleased with the service I received on March 11,2021. The lady who greeted me was very pleasant and accommodating. I am a repeat customer and I did not like they way I was handled. I spent 8 hours at this dealership for them to tell me they couldnt tell me what was wrong with my van or if they could fix it even after b handled. I felt it was very unprofessional to have to argue with the sales clerk & sales manager on the floor about being charged labor for a job that WAS NOT performed. It was not my fault your mechanic could not program my ecm and ended up reinstalling the old one which I had to pay labor fees on which was pointless because he didnt do anything he could have left the old one on to start with. There were additional misc fees that weren't explained not to mention I didnt receive my military discount. But I was reassured I could bring it back and they would diagnose it yet again and try to fix it. Even the cashier hd n attitude throwing my card in the counter after the transaction. More
