This was my 2nd time here and I was not satisfied as my first time. I came to see where my oil was leaking and getting it fixed. My appointment was for 9:30. I was informed there was 2 different oil leaks and I asked what would be the cost. He told me he would be back with it. Why wouldn't you have all that together when you approached me about the mechanic's findings??!! He didn't come back until exactly 11:46 with my estimates. I just told him to just fix one and I would go somewhere else because I've been there since 9:30 and I was the second person in the lobby and out of less than 12 customers (that came in and out after me) i was 2nd to last! Although the employee was professional far as talking to me...he would constantly cough with his mask down and not covering his mouth! Yuck....Overall service should've been bettet than what I recieved! More

I had to be towed to the dealership because my Cadillac I had to be towed to the dealership because my Cadillac XLR was overheated. The dealership quickly determined that my radiator was leaking and needed I had to be towed to the dealership because my Cadillac XLR was overheated. The dealership quickly determined that my radiator was leaking and needed to be replaced. The new radiator was not available locally or in Jackson and had to be ordered from the manufacturer.
