Too long I made a 2:30pm appointment for an oil change. I was on time. My Colorado sat in the entrance bay until 3:55pm. I was finally able to drive out at 5pm I made a 2:30pm appointment for an oil change. I was on time. My Colorado sat in the entrance bay until 3:55pm. I was finally able to drive out at 5pm. This is entirely unacceptable. It should not take 2.5 hours for an oil change. I will most likely be returning to Mandal for my service needs. More
