The service writer informed me that it would be a long wait, I wasn’t expecting to be there for over 3 hours.. I made an appointment and was there an hour before my appointment, but it took 2 1/2 hours beyond my appointment time.. Recall Part onlynthing I don’t like is that the dealership never have loaners, so they say. Hold your truck for 2 1/2 weeks and no loaner.
