GOT xxxxED Bought a used corvette from Ray Brandt, found out it had major issue after driving 1000 miles back to VA. Took car to local dealer,$ 2700 to fix issue that Ray Brandt knew about when I bought the car, Service manager refused to pay for the repair and suggested I bring it back to him. Problem was causing engine damage and he wanted me to drive back 1000 miles. What a xxxxing joke. I SUGGEST THAT NO ONE EVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALER!!!!!!!!! Had to get rid of car. More

Nice Service. I scheduled my appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and a recall on my Silverado. They got started right away and I waited in a comfortable wa I scheduled my appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and a recall on my Silverado. They got started right away and I waited in a comfortable waiting area with a tv and free refreshments including soft drinks They advised me of abnormal tire wear and suggested a front end alignment. Everything was done in about 2 hours to my satisfaction. More

No more Had an appointment for an oil change/routine, got ther was there for over 2 hours. Was told that there was a problem with my battery, after the service department left my flashers on for well over 20 minutes. Of course even though 1 have a 5 yrs battery which was only about 1 1/2 yrs old, it wasn't their problem. Well now I have another 5 yrs battery, that I had to buy, I WILL NEVER USE THAT SERVICE DEPTARTMENT AGAIN. More
