The service department is a joke. I brought my Silverado in for a diagnostic on a problem I was having with my transmission. They call me two hours after I dropped it off an told me my problem was just a misfire. Next day I'm stranded on the side of the road with my son in the back seat. My truck was not wanting to go into gear an my transmission temperature going through the roof. Luckily I was down the street from my house a was able to have a family member come pick up my son while I waited on a wrecker to bring my truck home. More
