Transmission went out in my 2020 silverado. Brought the truck in to be fixed and it was diagnosed in a couple days. It took 8 days to get a rental that was supplied by gm. There was no excuse f Brought the truck in to be fixed and it was diagnosed in a couple days. It took 8 days to get a rental that was supplied by gm. There was no excuse for it taking 8 days. The dealership left me with no way to go and ignored my calls asking for a rental. I would have had to wait longer but I called gm and discussed it with the gmservice department. While I was on the phone with gm they called ray Brandt and suddenly I could get a rental. This was of course after I called Ray Brandt and they told me they couldn't find a rental. I had already called enterprise rental and they had 3 vehicles available. Thanks gm and I will never go back for any reason to ray Brandt More

Max was easy to work with and got me in as soon as possible. I was in the service area for about 1 1/2 hours. The area has chairs, magazines and is open with free Wi-Fi .
