People are good but this charging for using a credit card and having a sign that says they want to give us the lowest price is a load of crap. That's a real slap in the face you take your customers as idiots and think you are doing right by us by charging the SAME price you always have and telling us it's now a discount/best price because you charge a fee on top of that for the vast majority of people who don't carry hundreds of dollars around on them to pay for services like this. Good place to get your oil changed but for me it stops there. I came in to get an oil change and asked if they wouldn’t mind taking a look to see why my truck was making this awful noise (2nd request for there. I came in to get an oil change and asked if they wouldn’t mind taking a look to see why my truck was making this awful noise (2nd request for this) long story short I get my truck 11 days after I dropped it off. I was told I had a hole in the manifold and it wouldn’t be covered by warranty (not ray brandts fault) but when I went to get my truck after repair the oil wasn’t changed. So they had to run another invoice. At ray Brandt they charge you an extra 3.5% to use your debit card. They gave me 2 invoices and said I would have to pay the 3.5% extra twice since it was 2 separate invoices. The lady at the counter agreed that it should have been on 1 invoice thus only the 3.5% charge once. Another employee came in and said they couldn’t do that cause it would “mess up the spreadsheet.” More
