I am disappointed to say the least. I made an appointment for Friday the 8th at 12pm and dropped the vehicle off and hour before that on my lunch break. The appointment was for an oil change and to diagnose a radio issue ... at 4 the truck had not been looked at only moved from the drop off bay to the parking lot on the side of the building. I had to have a co-worker pick me up when I dropped the vehicle off and when I had to come back and get it. I have had no issue like this before and all of my maintenance has been done at ray Brandt since it was bought. The service tech who helped me out did fine. My issue is that my vehicle should be prioritized the same as any other vehicle that comes through that service department and worked on as it comes in not put to the back burner for some other vehicle that may be newer. Even if the oil change was completed and they let me know the radio would have to be looked at another day that would have been fine but instead it sat for over 5 hours with nothing accomplished. I no people talk crap all the time about dealerships and stuff but at first this place was a good place hearing about it and everything even at first the people was cool they called me back everything was g stuff but at first this place was a good place hearing about it and everything even at first the people was cool they called me back everything was great now I took her to a Chevrolet dealership cuz it was under warranty the motor had tore up they rebuilt my motor I got the car back a week later I had to bring it back to him cuz it was pouring oil because somebody put the old gasket back on the oil pan 2 weeks later I get the car back maybe even longer than that but that was the first time the second time the check engine light came on and it started running like crap again well I brought the car back to them 2 months ago they told me it was a timing chain cover well it wasn't so aggravating if somebody would talk to me or call me back when I call them I've been called up there six times and every time somebody says they'll call me back they never do I wish I could talk to the man in charge at everybody up there like I said I don't want to get nobody in trouble I just want to tell everybody what I'm going through so they'll know I could have done took it to a shade tree mechanic and got the car back a month and a half ago xxxx if I didn't know what it is before I took it down there and known it wasn't under warranty I would have fixed it in a day I know car lots are busy like I say but two months for a timing chain cover leak come on guys More

Paul made this vehicle purchase the easiest I have ever had. He handled all the paper work and everything while I was at work.
