I did not have an appointment. Came in for battery issue. Chrissy got me right in (less than 15 min wait), confirmed problem, reviewed it with me and got my car in. Took way longer then it should have. Never received a phone call when my vehicle was ready . Couldn't get anybody in the shop to answer my phone call to see if my vehicle was ready. I requested information about my radio and the lady wouldn't give it to me. Smh once again extremely disappointed. More

I had a great experience with this dealership! Everyone was so nice and everything went so quick and smooth! Mrs Jeannie was such a great help!! She is very professional and so sweet. My experience is always great here I got my oil changed and a tire rotation. I was told that my air filter needed changing and had that taken of too. I left with my service engine light on and called back and a tire rotation. I was told that my air filter needed changing and had that taken of too. I left with my service engine light on and called back to Ms Tammy and she had me bring the car back where the techs fixed the issue, removed my service engine light and gave me my money back because I had overpaid for my service that day. They were all so helpful and I appreciate it. Thanks so much. More
Service was pretty nice . I can tell the ladies were busy . But they handled everything pretty well.
