Yesterday I brought my SUV Equinox to refill fluids, the tires need more air and to check the reason the light of check engine was on inside the car. I was told that the solenoid valves need to be replaced tires need more air and to check the reason the light of check engine was on inside the car. I was told that the solenoid valves need to be replaced but they don’t have the parts in stock then can not be fixed. Before leaving the dealer I recheck by myself the air pressure of the tires and I noticed that they were still low… they didn’t put air in the tires at all (something that I repeat many times need to be done) I paid $144.00 and I didn’t get fix my car.. I was charged just to know what is wrong which is free if I go to Auto Zone and they scan the car. More

The salesman I dealt with went way out his way to make sure I got the truck that I wanted. We had a great line of communication. Although it took some couple weeks to get into a mechanic, once the problem with the vehicle was found and a faulty part identified, a replacement was ordered and installed and that only took a coup mechanic, once the problem with the vehicle was found and a faulty part identified, a replacement was ordered and installed and that only took a couple days. The solution seems to have been effective and the vehicle is now reliably back on the road for which I am very grateful. More
