DO NOT HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH MILTON PICKETT in the Internet Sales Dept.! He is very Rude and can't properly or professionally respond to questions in emails. All I wanted to know was information abou Internet Sales Dept.! He is very Rude and can't properly or professionally respond to questions in emails. All I wanted to know was information about purchasing a Honda Civic and his first email to me was incomprehensible. First he tells me they don't have any available and within the same sentence he states they do have some available! And all I would have to do is put $500 down and have it ordered. Ok, I respond how long does it take to get here after the $500 deposit? Normal question right? Well not for Milton! He responded like I was just disturbing his day and sent me a rude response back. How is it my fault that you can't properly explain the process to begin with? I would never insult or make a potential client feel stupid or less than. I guarantee Milton was the school bully and is now unfortunately employed by Bob Boyt. My whole family has always purchased vehicles from here for years and have always been treated with manners and professionalism but not today with Milton. Take your business down the road to somewhere your going to be treated properly! If he behaves like this in only an email there ain't no telling what scams or shenanigans he's really up to! I'm a salesperson as well and I wouldn't never speak to someone the way Milton spoke to me. My momma would slap me backwards if I ever tried to dehumanize or belittle someone. Bob Boyt needs to send his sales employees to grammar school and teach them how to properly respond to emails. Guess what, I contacted Patty Peck Honda and spoke to Emily and she was awesome! She PROFESSIONALLY and CLEARLY answered all my questions. She did her job and didn't belittle me like Milton did. Emily took her time and WITH MANNERS discussed all my options. Unfortunately she couldn't offer a new honda civic but she was still very accommodating. I for sure didn't get treated poorly like the sales person at Bob Boyt treated me. Why would I spend $30,000 of my hard earned money with someone who gets so frustrated and basically insinuates that I can't read? Over a simple email question at that! I'll drive all the way to California and buy a new honda before I ever spend my hard earned money with Bob Boyt! More
