Quick and painless My experience was great. The only thing that I would have changed would be...the car I drove was not the car I actually bought. I was shown a car with My experience was great. The only thing that I would have changed would be...the car I drove was not the car I actually bought. I was shown a car with less than 10 miles on it. Then test drove the “same” exact model to lunch, while credit was being processed. It had 80 miles on the odometer. It was a different car. Then on the way home after signing on the dotted line. I noticed two things, one...a scratch on the interior door panel, and two..the car had 40+ miles on the odometer. This wasn’t the car I drove and looked over. More

oil Change and question about getting another key When I arrived I asked about getting my key fixed(the case is broken) and the man I talked to was very short with me said there was nothing he could d When I arrived I asked about getting my key fixed(the case is broken) and the man I talked to was very short with me said there was nothing he could do that it was gonna cost me $200 or more. I bought this car less than a year ago. I thought something like this would be under warranty. He gave me no other options and was very short with me. Then I ask how long it’s gonna be to get my oil changed and the lady says it’s gonna take an hour maybe longer. Every time I go here it takes that long. I have to go here because of my warranty. I just don’t understand why it takes an hour to get an oil change when I can go down the street and get it done in 20 minutes. More
