NOISEY DRIVER'S WINDOW I HAD BEEN HAVING A NOISEY DRIVER'S WINDOW FOR SEVERAL MONTHS, WHENEVER I ROLLED IT UP. I TOOK IT TO BOB BOYT HONDA AND WAS TOLD IT MIGHT BE THE MOT I HAD BEEN HAVING A NOISEY DRIVER'S WINDOW FOR SEVERAL MONTHS, WHENEVER I ROLLED IT UP. I TOOK IT TO BOB BOYT HONDA AND WAS TOLD IT MIGHT BE THE MOTOR AND THAT THEY WOULD NEED TO KEEP THE CAR FOR A DAY WHILE IT WAS REPAIRED. I WAS GIVEN A LOANER CAR AND I REALLY APPRECIATE THE KIND ATTENTION I WAS GIVEN, SINCE I STILL WORK AND I LIVE 30 MILES FROM MY WORK IN JACKSON, MS. I DIDN'T WORRY ABOUT POSSIBLY LOOSING A DAY AT WORK. REX EXPLAINED THE LOANER CONDITIONS AND GAVE ME A QUICK TUITORIAL ON THE LOANER CAR. HE WAS VERY NICE. THE PERSON THAT WORKED UP MY REPAIR WAS GREG AND HE COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE PROFESSIONAL AND CORDIAL. HE CALLED ME THE NEXT DAY TO LET ME KNOW THAT MY CAR WAS READY. WHEN I GOT MY CAR BACK I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO FIND THAT MY CAR HAD BEEN WASHED AND VACUUMED. I AM ALWAYS PLEASED WITH MY EXPERIENCES AT BOB BOYT HONDA, AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FRIENDS., HONDA IS A GREAT CAR AND BOB BOYT IS A CLASSY DEALERSHIP! More

Incomplete repair of vehicle (defective tires, from Korea) I am happy with Bob Boyte Honda but do not feel that they met my expectations with this visit. I have had problems with tires ( these tires have been I am happy with Bob Boyte Honda but do not feel that they met my expectations with this visit. I have had problems with tires ( these tires have been recalled ) I have had one replace and the one patches due to inferior quality. I drive over 500+ miles per week and have warranty. I have had issues with repaired tire that BBH repaired and they will not replace. I have been stranded in with not good cell coverage or access to air for tires and this is not safe... would think Kyle 3rd visit would be the charm. I understand customer service have rules and protocol, but same issue with same tire... loyal Honda customer - 7 th Honda in family from same dealership. Where is their loyalty? Customer safety and satisfaction first... that being said the service department is always prompt and courteous. Just wish issue was resolved so maintenance was only time I saw them. More

Vent visor install Vent visor in back of back windows are turned up too much.. I can’t let window down enough! If any blowing windy rain, would easily get into car.
