Terrible salesmen I called for an outdoor price on a used 2016 Honda CR-V I spoke to Mr Bounds who gave me an outdoor price which I was satisfied with. I lived over an hour away from the dealership so when I was on the road I texted him to let him know my arrival time when I got there the car was pulled up front and was not cleaned up. It was dirty inside but I test drove it which was fine. I went inside sat down with a salesman who went and asked Mr Bounds the price which was a 1,000 $ more than what I was told according to Mr Bounds he doesn’t give outdoor prices which was a lie long story I left and drove to Paul Moak and drove home with a Clean 2016 Honda CR-V touring which I had a great salesman who gave me an outdoor price when I walked in the door when I got home I got a text from Bob Boyette Mr Bounds who decided to give me that outdoor price he told me in the first place You will always lose business when u lie Good lesson to learn Bob Boyette 🚘 More

The way car buying should be! This was the easiest, most pleasant car-buying experience I've ever had. Starting with building my vehicle on Honda.com and having the website help me This was the easiest, most pleasant car-buying experience I've ever had. Starting with building my vehicle on Honda.com and having the website help me view local dealer inventory, I then found my exact vehicle on the Bob Boyte Honda website. The entire process with Bob Boyte Honda was great. There was no pressure and everyone (everyone!) was polite and professional. The lot and showroom were clean and comfortable, not that I sat waiting very long. Between the test drive and then completing the deal, and because I had done my research on the website, I was only at the dealership for a couple of hours. Dan Powell, part of Bob Boyte's Internet Sales Team, did an exceptional job answering my questions and educating me about the features of my new CR-V. He was helpful, knowledgeable, respectful, and gave me his undivided attention, all of which were really important to me. Kendall, my Finance team member, was friendly and efficient, helping to complete my paperwork in record time. When it was all done, Dan took the time to sit in my new vehicle with us to make sure I knew about every single feature. I brought a friend with me and we decided that, among the dozen or so car purchasing experiences that we'd had between the two of us in the past, this was by far the best, all around.
