Very good Staff was friendly and helpful without being pushy. Most dealerships of any variety make you feel rushed and pushed into buying something. The team here took the time to show us options, discuss the good and bad aspects of all options, and made the process relatively painless. This was very important to me since my wife and I were unexpectedly put in the market for a car with my wife getting hit by a driver under the influence the week before. They worked with us and helped us find a solution that fit our needs and our budget. All the while showing patience with us as we had our 16 month old daughter with us. And then we got to financing. This can be awful since you get pushed into adding more to the car than you need and you end up feeling like you were used to meet a metric. Not so here. Options for extra service, warranties and such were presented of course but there was no pressure. It was discussed professionally and in a friendly manner. I was given time to sit and consider all possibilities and frankly added a service option on that I was going to say no to at first but since they were not pushy or trying to pull off a big sale, I added it. Honestly, best car buying experience I have had and as long as they have a vehicle that fits my need, they will have my business in the future. More
