I was looking at used vehicles with no intent of buying a car so quickly, but David Starita, my salesman, made the experience exceptional. He offered the idea of looking at used and new vehicles of the type I wanted. He was able to answer any question that I had with a thorough response. He did not pressure me to go for one vehicle over the other, yet helped me through the whole process. He was very respectful the two days that I met with him and did everything he could to please me during the process. After I bought the car he took his time to show me how to program my car and set up every thing possible. I appreciated his assistance because I was unfamiliar with the upgraded technology. I first asked to test drive a Honda CR-V, with the understanding that I only wanted to see how the CR-V gave you better visibility by being higher off the ground than the previous cars I have driven. After going home and looking on-line at all the other CR-Vs for sale locally, I returned to purchase the one I had driven the week before due to the highly rated business (received the President's Award 13 yrs. in a row), good price for the car, and the overall appearance of the vehicle (no scratches, great detailing), and the fact that it was certified. Again, when doing the paperwork, everything was handled in a professional manner. While there, I saw Bob Boyte and his daughter going about their day at the business, just like all the sales people, no fancy stuff. I certainly had a better opinion of them seeing them in person, than in the TV commercials, being goofy just like so many other dealerships. You have a greater appeal being yourself, and leaving the crazy costumes, masks, and yelling to the other dealerships. If you're the best, let your great reputation sell cars. More
