Throughout the entire process he answered all of my questions, was very respectful of my time and opinions, as well as, educated me on numerous available features offered. 2 Hour Wait and the oil light was not reset. Brought In a new 2018 Pilot for express service, but nothing was express about service. After 2 hours got in to drive off and oil indicator was still 20%. Did they really change the oil? I had a question about AC. Service consultant was no help, just put me off on whoever sold me the car. They did not try to help me with my question. Very disappointed with the level of service. I guess after they sale you the car, they are done with “The Deal”. More

They were patient with our scheduling and financing needs. There were no negatives to report from any of the various correspondence with the dealer. I would recommend using the Internet sales group.
