Horrible! My overall experience at Bob Boyte wasn’t good at all. When I drove up to the service department, no one greeted me nor did anyone act as if I exist. My overall experience at Bob Boyte wasn’t good at all. When I drove up to the service department, no one greeted me nor did anyone act as if I exist. I had to get out my vehicle & ask for help. Once they’d changed my oil & completed my service as a whole, I walked around my car as I often do, & my car paint was chipped all around my vehicle! As of today, this problem hasn’t been resolved. The service department should fix your vehicle not make the issue(s) worse. I’m very displeased with the service I received. More

Oil change and service recall I went for an oil change and was told I’d have to wait a bit b/c of the number of customers in front of me. After an hour and a half with no informati I went for an oil change and was told I’d have to wait a bit b/c of the number of customers in front of me. After an hour and a half with no information, I went to the desk to ask and was informed I had two service recalls on my vehicle. I did not mind the extended wait, it was bothersome that no one came to me with the information. Usually the service department personnel are more deliberate in informing customers. More
