Very sorry Larry that you had a bad experience. Certainly not what we are striving for. I would be happy to detail your vehicle if it was dirty on delivery. As far as a second key, many of our vehicles only come with one key if they are sold Used. Speaking on profit, we lose money on vehicle sales virtually everyday. We commonly make money but ya, it's part of modern day car sales to lose money on certain vehicles. This is also why we don't negotiate very much because the prices you see online are almost always less than the competitors average price. Just happens to be our model.
