I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding an incident I witnessed during my recent visit to your dealership on 6/21/2025, which has unfortunately deterred me from pro disappointment regarding an incident I witnessed during my recent visit to your dealership on 6/21/2025, which has unfortunately deterred me from proceeding with the car purchase I had intended to make that day. While I was at your location, I witnessed a male employee aggressively shouting at a female colleague in a highly unprofessional and unacceptable manner. His tone was loud, hostile, and completely inappropriate for any workplace, especially one where customers are present. It was uncomfortable, upsetting, and deeply concerning to witness. No employee should ever be subjected to such treatment, and no customer should have to witness such behavior in a professional environment. This incident made me feel extremely uneasy, and I chose to leave without completing the car purchase I had initially planned. I urge you to take this matter seriously. Staff behavior reflects directly on your brand, and this kind of aggression has no place in any business setting. I sincerely hope that appropriate steps are taken to ensure a respectful and professional environment for both employees and customers moving forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter. The first salesman, Erik, was friendly. The sales manager was condescending and almost rude. I don't how a dealership can make $300 profit on a nearly $40,000 vehicle and stay in business. I was extremely disappointed in the delivery of the Wrangler. It was dirty on the inside and outside. No one went through the vehicle and its features. Also, having only one key fob is very inconvenient. I would think for what we paid for a used Jeep, I should get a second key fob. I like the Jeep but was not pleased with the overall experience. I would not recommend Bob Caldwell Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. More
