Unbelievable My wife and I saw the van online. Called about it, asked for pictures. Saw that it was missing 2 seats. When we asked about the missing seats, they sa My wife and I saw the van online. Called about it, asked for pictures. Saw that it was missing 2 seats. When we asked about the missing seats, they said that the 2 missing seats were the reason it was priced $650 below Kelly Blue Book. They Fed Exed paperwork and wanted us to sign and Fed Ex paperwork back. We did not. We drove 3 hours to get to the dealership. Upon arrival, we found a 2 foot scratch and dent on passenger door ( not shown in photos). All 4 tires needed replaced and there was a severe shimmy in front end when brakes were applied during test drive (the salesman noticed the van shaking). When discussing price, had to wait a half an hour for the sales manager to show up. He came out and listened to my concerns, and then smugly said that the van was there on consignment and that he could not budge from the sticker price. Did not offer to call the supposed “consigner” to see if he would negotiate the price. In Pittsburgh terms, the sales manager was a real jagoff (look it up - it’s actually in the dictionary). They claim to be a family owned business. Based upon our experience with the sales manager, and how dirty the used car lot was at 9 am (ladies, if you have to use the bathrooms, stop at the truck stop first), we would recommend a different dealership. Pleasant car shopping experience I recently bought a Hyundai Genesis from this place. Drew was my sales advisor and he made the entire car buying process effortless right from the tes I recently bought a Hyundai Genesis from this place. Drew was my sales advisor and he made the entire car buying process effortless right from the test drive all the way till I drove the car off the lot. Everyone at this location was very friendly and attentive to all my questions. They found me a better APR rate than the one I walked in preapproved with. I later discovered the car had a small issue with the airbag light. Drew helped coordinate the repair with the dealership and they paid for it since it was a safety issue. I highly recommend their service as they go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are satisfied. More

By the time we got there, Jason had the vehicle we inquired about out front and warming up. He was friendly, knowledgeable, had a fun attitude, and didn't sulk when we said we needed a night to think about it, even though we kept him working after hours that night.
