She was enthusiastic, very helpful, and also patient. I had to juggle my schedule and it took a few trips to test drive, talk financing, and ultimately drive away in my new vehicle. Hillary helped make sure everything went smoothly. I also had the opportunity to interact with a few other members of the staff. I felt like I knew everyone by the time I left. I even got the real serious looking guy to laugh a couple times. I don't think it was Mr. Caldwell himself, but you never know, people are aging really well these days.
