Happy Jeep Owner I started the whole process through chat and when we met Xavier the next day to test out the Jeep we picked he treated us with the utmost respect. Xavier followed with the jeep we were purchasing to the rental car drop off location which was most appreciated. We then went through the paperwork process and finally drove off the lot with our Jeep. Xavier was still finishing up a deal so I had the great pleasure of working with Billy-Ray. He spent the next 6 hours showing me all of my options, answering all of my questions, and was extremely personable through the entire experience. I ended the day with a GREAT deal on a newer car than I was looking at, with much lower miles, at nearly the same price. Not to mention, Xavier came to check in consistently to make sure I was getting the proper experience throughout the process.
