Tricky deals. Dents, smells, pictures vs in person. We always beg folks to come in see the vehicle before anything is done with dollars. Same reason we beg all customers to test drive before we do numbers. Even new vehicles can drive in a way that a customer prefers/ does not prefer. All that said, sometimes distance makes it impossible to see in person and test drive. Glad to hear everything worked out and kudos to you, Dino, Brad, and Tim for communicating in a way that made it a 5 star experience.
