I took my car in for an issue and after spending almost $1000 on stuff I clearly didn’t need, I got my car back with the same issues. I took it back three times and they returned it each time with a bill f $1000 on stuff I clearly didn’t need, I got my car back with the same issues. I took it back three times and they returned it each time with a bill for work performed that were not fixed. And, after dropping my car off, no one could tell me when the work would begin, which was important to allowing me to get a loaner car. So, I sat for a solid week without any transportation or even a ballpark estimate of when the work might start or how long the work would take. As a mother with 2 kids, not having transportation is extremely challenging. I hope this service department can get a better handle on their work and provide better customer service. More

We bought a lot of $$$ on new 2 tires and the tires looked like they were “abused”, not being cared for or used, look like they were thrown on the floor or something like that (I’ve experienced tires r looked like they were “abused”, not being cared for or used, look like they were thrown on the floor or something like that (I’ve experienced tires replacement on our other vehicles in the past and they looked pretty new). I wasn’t very impressed with the tires I have on our van now, because they looked like they aren’t new. I wasn’t a very happy customer!!!!!! Customer should come first and feel satisfied with the service. However, we aren’t very satisfied with the service even though I’m happy that they accepted the price matched from another store. Also, a few months ago (around fall time), we were hoping to have our rear bumper replaced without being charged because we paid a lot of money on our used (2022) van (We just bought it in June 2023 and they expect us to pay for the new rear bumper on our van). We decided not to go for it because I felt it wasn’t right for them to charge us for that. All they want is $$$$. More
