We scheduled an appointment for Friday. Talked to a service advisor and they said it may not be until Monday that someone gets to looking at the vehicle. Called Monday evening and they said that it might not be until late Tuesday or Wednesday before someone even looks at it. I asked if we could have a loaner and was informed that loaners are only for warranty service. At which point I just asked to have my vehicle back so I could take somewhere else. That same day I had a loaner from a different shop and they had it into their shop. I understand being short staffed, but why bother scheduling appointments nearly a week before you can even get it in? Other than the major waste of time and inconvenience, everyone was very polite and understanding… unfortunately I won’t be returning here for service. More
They did the recall as noted, mounted and balanced my tires that I brought in and an oil change.The only issue I have with the service is they recommend wiper blades, I replaced them less than 30 days ag tires that I brought in and an oil change.The only issue I have with the service is they recommend wiper blades, I replaced them less than 30 days ago. A proper inspection would have mechanical, suspension, and fluids on it. The oil change sticker wasn't on the windshield either, it's just been too cold to check even if it was done. More
